July 25 Class

OK, to recap our GREAT meeting where we lost a total of 20 pounds. Yes you read correctly!
"Lack o activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it." Plato.

Fun in th Sun--Kick the can, beach games at home-badminton, frisbee, volleyball, walks, team sports, croquet.

Better Safe than Sizzled-
Slow down the intensity if the sun gets too hot, sunscreen, stay hydrated, eat!

Watch the Clock-early morning and evening are the coolest times.
