Red Lobster Biscuit
2 cup reduced fat Bisquick
3/4 cup fat free buttermilk
1 cup fat free cheddar cheese
Mix and drop by the spponful. Makes 12 biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. Melt 2 tablespoons FF margerine and parsley flakes and brush on top of baked biscuits. Each biscuit is 2 pt.
Pumpkin Muffins
1 eighteen oz. spice cake mix
1 fifteenoz. can pumpkin
1 cup water
mix. Bake 20 -25 minutes @ 350 degrees. Makes 24 muffins.
Pineapple Upside down Biscuit
Spray 8" round cake pan with butterflavor spray. Drain 10 oz.can crushed pineapple and reserve the juice. Combine the pineapple with 1/2 cup splenda. Spread pineapple in bottom of cake pan. Place one frozen or canned cherry in the middle of each biscuit dough. Arrange biscuits, cherry side down in cake pann. Pour reserved juice over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 15 minutes or until golden brown. Invert cake pan onto serving plate. Enjoy 2 biscuts for 2 pts.
