I hope that all of you have a goal that you work toward. We all have an ultimate weight loss goal, but have you developed short term goals for yourself. We will explore goal setting this week. At Weight Watchers we have lots of celebrations, 5%, 10%, 10# loss, each10# loss and eventually Lifetime! I want you all to think about your "Non-scale" victories and come up with a positive short-term goal to work toward.
