OK, my daughter's birthday is this week-end, so we have chocolate birthday cake. I chose to NOT eat a piece. Mostly because I really don't like cake. So the comment was, "Oh yeah you can't have cake, you count points." And my comment was "Even if I had 4500 points I probably would not eat this cake. Now give me a bag of chips and it might be worth it." But I didn't.
There were six adults at my huse (all in-laws). Five of the adults are on cholesterol medicaton and two are diabetic. Gee, is the cake really worth it? My cholesterol and sugar are all within normal limits.
